We are looking for appraisers who have the following :
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Able to provide consistent, high-quality service and satisfaction to our clients
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work within timelines
- MLS access
- In good standing with CNAREA or AIC
